1. How can I book a transfer?
You can book by email or by phone.
2. What happens, if my flight is delayed?
We always confirm the arrival time of the flight. If your flight is delayed, we will wait until you arrive, at no extra charge.
3. Where do I find the driver at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you in the airport terminal at your gate and will be holding a sign with your name or name of your group.
4. What shall I do, if I do not find the driver?
Please go to the Meeting Point. It is in the middle of the arrival hall.
5. How can I pay for the transfer?
You can only pay cash directly to the driver.
6. Do I share the minibus with somebody?
This is a private transport service, you do not share your vehicle with anybody else.
7. At what time will I be picked up on my departure day?
You can notify us the pick-up time when booking a return transfer. The driver will arrive at the hotel/holiday house at the given time. If you do not know how much time does take the journey from the hotel/holiday house to the airport, you can tell us the departure time and we will tell you the pick-up time.
8. Do you offer other transport routes?
We will take you anywhere on the island you like. Please send us an email for an exact price quote.
9. I need to change my booking. What shall I do?
